The Company is seeking a VP of Brand and Experiences to join their mission-driven team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a global brand strategy that aligns with business objectives and resonates with key stakeholders. This role requires a strategic and highly visible leader with deep expertise in brand marketing, live and virtual events, and experiential activations. The VP will oversee brand positioning, visual identity, and storytelling, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. They will also be tasked with crafting and implementing comprehensive media strategies, leading the creation of integrated brand campaigns, and managing relationships with external agencies. A key aspect of the role is to develop and lead a world-class events strategy, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to create memorable experiences that enhance audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in global brand marketing, experiential marketing, and large-scale events, with a proven track record of building and scaling global brands. They should be a natural storyteller, with a passion for impactful and differentiated storytelling, and have experience in leading high-profile industry events. The role demands exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and creatively. The VP will be expected to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing global team, and to work seamlessly across the organization to connect the brand to company strategies and initiatives. Experience in managing large budgets, and cross-functional teams, and a strong understanding of brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns are essential. The candidate should also be adept at leveraging data and analytics to measure brand performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
