About the Role:
We’re looking for a General Manager to drive revenue growth and manage customer relationships in our local market. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in sales, operations, and hands-on customer interactions. You’ll be responsible for converting leads into closed deals, managing job site activities, and ensuring FRDM Turf’s brand presence in the field.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage inbound leads, follow up with prospects, and close at least six deals per month to meet performance expectations.
- Conduct on-site visits, assist with job starts, perform final walkthroughs, and ensure installation quality.
- Oversee the small office space we invest in, keeping it organized and customer-ready.
- Ensure install crews represent the FRDM brand—checking uniforms, signage, and professionalism on job sites.
- Boost brand presence by flyering, knocking nearby doors, setting up yard signs, and attending home shows.
- Support customer service, pipeline follow-ups, and relationship management with suppliers and contractors.
- Learn installation processes firsthand and assist when needed to understand the full scope of our services.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales-driven mindset with experience in lead management and closing deals.
- Comfortable with in-person sales, customer interactions, and job site visits.
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, office operations, and on-site responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn hands-on installation techniques and support the team where needed.
- Ability to build relationships with contractors, suppliers, and customers to foster long-term business growth.
