Anderson Automotive Group continues to grow throughout the Carolinas and is looking to add to its accounting team. Our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC is looking for a warranty clerk. Our warranty clerks process all warranty paperwork from our dealership locations while reviewing for accuracy and compliance on all warranty claims.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

- Working knowledge of dealer software systems & DMS software (preferred)
- Someone with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of warranty accounting processes (preferred)
- Ability to read and understand technician verbiage and apply it to appropriate warranty coding
Core Responsibilities:
- Review claims for manufacturers’ compliance with policy and procedures
- Proficient in using Google Docs/Excel to assist in resolution of dealer compliance issues
- Editing, coding, and finalizing repair orders
- Prepare, record, and submit warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor
- Maintain current warranty receivable schedules to ensure proper cash flow for dealerships
- Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
- Handle all processing and accounting tasks for warranty claims
- Maintain appropriate manufacturer’s warranty certifications
- Ensure dealerships stay compliant with warranty policy
- Prior automotive warranty experience is preferred
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required
