Fred Beans is growing and looking for an experienced Finance Manager at our Ford Dealership in Washington, New Jersey!
The Finance Manager has three very distinct areas of responsibility, working with customers, sales people and sales managers to deliver their vehicles. This includes preparing and signing all the necessary paperwork, arranging financing for all customers, and selling products to enhance the customer’s ownership period.

The Finance Manager has three very distinct areas of responsibility, working with customers, sales people and sales managers to deliver their vehicles. This includes preparing and signing all the necessary paperwork, arranging financing for all customers, and selling products to enhance the customer’s ownership period.
Responsibilities of the Finance Manager role include, but are not limited to the following;
- Maintain ample supply of bank, state and dealership forms
- Keep ADP Business Systems updated on all new forms and contracts.
- Maintain a short sheet book with the accounting office and update on a daily basis; bring all concerns to the weekly meeting. Follow up on them until completion
- Maintain and update bankbook with current bank rates and leasing programs
- Handle all refunds for Life, A & H, and Warranty's on a timely basis (48 hrs.)
- Accurately complete F & I month end report by second of the month
- Verify monthly incentive/rebate money reports with GM and Accounting office
Skill necessary to be successful in this role include the following;
- Current valid driver's license with good driving history
- Professional appearance and ability to communicate professionally with customers, co-workers and management
- Strong background in finance
- Previous experience in Automotive Managerial role
- Ability to set and achieve sales goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow structured processes to ensure legal compliance while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, management and co-workers
