Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
What You'll Do
- Work collaboratively with the HR Team to assure all HR requests are handled timely
- Partner with your assigned accounts management teams to assure all HR processes and policies are being followed
- Assist with employee coaching and counseling as needed
- Prepare, coordinate, and track all leave of absence requests including FMLA, ADA, Military and PLOA requests on daily basis
- Communicate with department managers on Leave updates regarding accommodations needed, follow up appointment dates, and return to work dates
- Track, monitor, and report all claims to the Workers Compensation Insurance company
- Communicate updates to department managers regarding accommodations needed, follow up appointment dates, and return to work dates

What You'll Need
- Bachelors degree in human resources (or business management) required
- 3 years of HR experience ( In Medium to large size organization preferred)
- Leave of absence and workers compensation administration
- Employee Relations experience with strong investigation skills
- 401K administration
- HRIS experience - UKG (Kronos) experience a plus
- Must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to multitask
Salary : $20 - $25
