What You'll Do
- Process payroll each week for assigned entities according to payroll policies and procedures
- Process monthly bonus payrolls as assigned
- Insure that all payroll and tax files are submitted timely and verified for accuracy
- Maintenance of electronic employee records including data changes, employee deductions and any pay related changes
- Provide analytical reports as required to appropriate management staff
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual tax reporting functions
- Review and respond to any payroll related emails
- Assists employees as needed with portal set up or payroll related questions
