What You'll Do Educate each customer about the process of getting a vehicle repair, including insurance procedures, motorists' bill of rights, repair techniques, safety, value, etc. Follow-up on all estimates not acquired and all completed jobs Prepare all estimates accurately and efficiently making sure to include each task regardless of whether it is a paid function Monitor and maintain company sales performance standards and sales goals Order all required parts Review final bills and supplemental billings for accuracy What You'll Need Currently hold a valid PA Appraisers license or willing to take the course / testing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills Customer focused and outgoing to provide the highest level of service in the industry 4 years of Body Shop Estimating experiencing required CCC1 Estimating program Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving history Ability to pass a Drug Screen and Background check
