What You'll Do
- Educate each customer about the process of getting a vehicle repair, including insurance procedures, motorists’ bill of rights, repair techniques, safety, value, etc.
- Follow-up on all estimates not acquired and all completed jobs
- Prepare all estimates accurately and efficiently making sure to include each task regardless of whether it is a paid function
- Monitor and maintain company sales performance standards and sales goals
- Order all required parts
- Review final bills and supplemental billings for accuracy
What You'll Need
- Currently hold a valid PA Appraisers license or willing to take the course/testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused and outgoing to provide the highest level of service in the industry
- 4 years of Body Shop Estimating experiencing required
- CCC1 Estimating program
- Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving history
- Ability to pass a Drug Screen and Background check
