Fred Beans Hyundai of Langhorne is seeking a Part Time Greeter! The general greeter receives callers at the dealership, determines the nature of their business and directs callers to their destination. Additional, the general receptionist/greeter will answer basic inquiries, route incoming telephone calls, take messages and provide basic information to all callers.
Two to three evenings a week 5:00PM to 8:00PM and an occasional Saturday 8:30PM to 5:00PM
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Greet showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
Direct customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer to a sales person.
Answer incoming phone calls and directs callers to the appropriate department or individual, or takes a message.
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Obtain basic demographic information about each customer, using an ups card, a computer system, a log sheet or other method established by the dealership.
Run prospect reports for managers weekly.
Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Assist with clerical duties as requested.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Other tasks may be assigned.
Meet and record names of all customers who approach the lot or showroom inquiring about new or used cars and trucks.
Distribute the customers to the on-duty sales force according to the "UP" rotation for that shift or day.
