Painter/Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various painting techniques and construction-related tasks. Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
• Execute painting tasks using various techniques including airless paint spraying and traditional brush methods.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools for tasks such as trim carpentry, plastering, and stucco application.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Perform basic welding tasks as required for specific projects.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction painting, with a focus on residential projects preferred.
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and various painting equipment is essential.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of plastering techniques and trim carpentry is highly desirable.
• Experience with stucco application is a plus but not mandatory.
