What You’ll Do
-Lead & Support Multiple Locations – Oversee a small, focused district where you can truly make a difference
-Drive Operational Excellence – Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness across all locations
-Develop & Mentor Leadership Teams – Train and support General Managers, helping them grow and succeed
-Analyze & Improve Performance – Monitor sales, costs, and profitability to drive results—without burning out your teams
-Create & Implement Strategies – Work with leadership to optimize operations and enhance guest satisfaction
-Foster a Strong, Positive Culture – Build an environment where teams feel valued, engaged, and excited to come to work
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience as a District Manager, Area Coach, or Multi-Unit Leader in the restaurant industry
✔ Strong leadership skills – you know how to coach, inspire, and build winning teams
✔ A balance of business & people skills – you love analyzing P&Ls, sales trends, and operations, but people always come first
✔ Excellent communicator & motivator – you know how to connect with your teams and keep them engaged
✔ Organized & efficient – you can prioritize, problem-solve, and execute without feeling overwhelmed
✔ Work-life balance mindset – you know success isn’t just about running great restaurants, it’s about keeping your people happy too
