The Frederick County Office of Elections is seeking a full-time Deputy Registrar to help ensure the integrity of voter registration and election processes. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
What You’ll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Deputy Registrar, you will: Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, greeting customers, and addressing voter registration and election-related inquiries.Process voter registration applications and maintain accurate records using a statewide database system.Administer all aspects of absentee balloting, including in-person and mail procedures.Assist in ensuring compliance with Federal and Virginia election laws and policies.Manage office supplies and election materials to support smooth operations.Support varies functions during election on/off periods.
