Qualifications :
- High School graduate / GED; business school or college courses in accounting preferred
- Experience in bookkeeping / accounting field required
- Minimum three years experience, preferably in an educational institution
- Demonstrated knowledge of standard business office and accounting practices and procedures
- Ability to resolve problems, make independent decision, and prepare financial reports
- Advanced word processing skills (Word and Excel)
- Ability to quickly learn and use software related to department functions
- Effective public relations skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Pay Rate :
Administrative Support Grade C5b Salary Scale (credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)
Assignment :
Full time / 12 months / 245 days
