Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling, data-driven presentations that provide meaningful financial insights.
- Partner with leadership to challenge existing processes and drive innovation.
- Gather, analyze, and maintain financial and operational data for decision-making.
- Conduct business scenario modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Build and maintain global financial models aligned with corporate strategies.
- Prepare revenue and expense forecasts and support budget planning.
- Enhance financial forecasting tools and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Engineering (MBA, CFA, CPA preferred).
- Experience: 10 years in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or consulting (FinTech/Payments industry a plus).
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and ERP systems (Workday, Adaptive preferred).
- Expertise: Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation skills, with deep knowledge of US GAAP.
- Competencies: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a passion for process improvement and business intelligence.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
