What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Frederick Law Offices, PLLC?
Frederick Law Offices, PLLC is seeking an admitted attorney or recent graduate to join our growing firm. This candidate will handle all aspects of Social Security Disability claims which involve significant interaction with clients, preparing cases and representing clients at administrative hearings. Candidates must have excellent organization, written and oral communication skills, as well as the passion to provide exceptional legal services to a diverse and vulnerable population base throughout Western New York and beyond. Extensive training is provided. Hybrid opportunities for remote work are considered.
Admission to the New York bar is preferred, but applicants who are waiting on bar results are encouraged to apply as well. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience (expected salary ranges from $65,000 - $80,000) plus health insurance (with some contribution from employee or as negotiated). Employer paid benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, long-term disability insurance, life/AD&D insurance, 401K with employer matching contributions up to 4%, and an Employee Assistance Program. We also provide 14 paid holidays and a generous paid time off policy.
