Frederick Living, part of Garden Spot Communities, is located in Zieglerville, PA (Montgomery County). We are a small, 32 bed Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offering a full spectrum of care from retirement living, personal care, licensed healthcare, rehabilitation services, respite to memory care services.

Status: Full Time Days
Schedule: 7am-3:30pm, including on-call rotation
Salary Range: Experienced based rate starting at $23/hr

As a Scheduling Coordinator, supporting our mission will include the following responsibilities:
- Utilizes the staffing program to support optimum staffing in Cedarwood, Aspen Village and Magnolia House.
- Coordinates with the Director of Nursing to ensure scheduling/ assignment of new hires and successful completion of orientation prior to assuming independent resident care.
- Reviews PTO requests and make recommendations, based on accrual to Director of Nursing, for approval by DON.
- Manage openings and report attendance (including callouts, lateness, early outs and incidental overtime) to the Director of Nursing.
- Coordinate with the Nursing Home Administrator to manage agency use and overtime.
- Coordinates payroll process with Nursing Home Administrator.
- Prepare Daily Staffing form & update per DOH regulations.
- Prepare CNA Assignment sheets.
- Support CNAs as needed; Assume assignment if needed.
- Assist with audits as determined by administration.
- Attend and complete all required in-services, training and Team Meetings.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in scheduling preferred
- Have or able to obtain Direct Care Certification
- Experience in health care
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
