Schedule : Full Time (Monday 8 AM - 5 PM, Tuesday 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Wednesday 9 : 30 AM - 1 PM, Thursday 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Friday 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM)

- Greet patients in a polite and inviting manner in order to facilitate a comforting and welcoming environment
- Answer phones timely and professionally in order to ensure office efficiency at every level of your office
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patients' records according to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards and our company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for our patients
- Verify insurance coverage and patient demographics to aid our billing office and medical staff
- Maintain a clean and orderly waiting area to enhance the patient experience of your office
