Position Overview:
The Fredericksburg Nationals Baseball Team is looking for a someone who brings a strong work ethic and great communication skills and is a team player. This role will focus on being a creative thinker, being organized and require the person to collaborate with the Corporate Partnership team members and other members of the FredNats team. We want this person to gain experience in the sports industry and learn how to become successful in both the sports and business industries.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the corporate partnership sales team with all brand activation and fulfillment of partnerships on game days and non-game days.
- Assist the partnership team with implementation and execution of special events, player appearances, community programs. Etc.
- Complete professional development
- Market research on current and prospecting partnerships
- Sales training
- Fulfillment training
- Personal development
- CRM data input
- Inventory management
- Proof of performance documentation, pre-game set up, during games, post games, and after the season for reviews
- Sales training and goals
- Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi task
What we are seeking:
- Ability to work all FredNats home games during the 2022 season
- Self-motivator and problem solver
- Excellent communicator and show confidence with building and maintaining the relationships with Partners and fans.
- Strong attention to detail, time lines, and great multi-tasking skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Someone looking to advance their career in sports or the business industry
- Someone with a four year or more college degree in the business management or other related fields, this is preferred but not a must.
- Experience in partnership sales through a previous full-time position or internship, this is preferred but not a must.
- Experience in partnership fulfillment through a previous full-time position or internship, this is preferred but not a must.
