Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Duties
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as necessary.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks such as invoicing and tracking payments.
- Assist with clerical duties including data entry, mail handling, and office supply management.
- Support the dental team by performing tasks related to patient scheduling and customer service.
- Proficiently use Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Experience in a dental receptionist position is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems.
- Knowledge of Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
