Key Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional understanding of client and customer needs, pain points, and trends.
- Develop compelling and customer-centric positioning, messaging, and value propositions for our product offerings. Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and channels.
- Work closely with strategy, product, sales, and the broader marketing team to create a cohesive launch plan that drives adoption and growth of new features and programs.
- Create and oversee development of product marketing content, including sales sheets, case studies, website copy, whitepapers, and product demos. Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure high-quality, visually engaging materials.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback and market insights to inform product development, positioning, and messaging. Use data to continuously refine marketing strategies and highlight potential product improvements.
- Track and analyze the performance of product marketing efforts. Use insights to optimize future development, sales and marketing initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, healthcare technology, or SaaS environments.
- Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Experience working with payers, pharmacies or other industry stakeholders is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory considerations and key trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
