Free State Nutrition is seeking an Office Manager for a growing nutrition practice. Prior administrative experience and an interest in health and wellness are required. Previous experience in a medical practice is a plus.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to client messages in a timely manner with a caring, supportive attitude
- Address questions and concerns from clients and potential clients regarding practice operations
- Assist clients with verifying insurance benefits
- Oversee client onboarding process
- Manage follow up appointments for clients
- Send invoices/reminders
- Send and collect feedback surveys
- Communicate with referring providers
- Schedule, attend and document team meetings
- Create and streamline standard operating procedures
- Complete other administrative tasks as assigned
This role is for you if you are:
- Highly organized
- Capable of developing streamlined processes
- Computer literate, including proficient in Microsoft Office
- Resourceful
- Able to manage a project from start to finish, anticipate needs before they arise, and get things done
- Capable of striking a balance between working independently and knowing when to ask for help and clarification
- Comfortable with juggling multiple tasks and changing direction as needed
- Someone with strong communication skills
- Available during regular business hours, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM CST.
