Description : Overview
Responsible for commercial, sponsorship, and PSA materials and traffic instructions for Free TV Networks. Will also provide quality control for members of the copy team.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities : Commercial Copy
- Develop and foster good working relationships with advertising agencies for commercial copy and instructions.
- Work closely with the ad sales team, log team, commercial clearance, media management, and the promo team.
- Solicit commercial and PSA materials from advertising agencies and other media providers to facilitate their delivery to master control.
- Enter revised agency instructions in a timely manner.
- Maintain agency instruction files for reference.
- Create log change form when needed.
- Manage the daily dub list and purge list as needed.
- Act as the main contact for master control for non-program content.
Secondary Responsibilities : Copy Quality Control
Work Environment
Work in office three days per week and work remotely two days per week. Normal office environment.
