Freedom Healthcare is hiring a Corporate Business Development Director (BDD) is responsible for the Implementation of Business and Marketing Plans for the multi-state Behavioral Division and lead new start up development in 2025. This role will work closely with the President to establish strategic marketing plans and train, guide and manage the Service Development Plan by State Locations. The Service Development Director will be responsible for analyzing information from facility reports and preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports that reflect the marketing activity of the Department. The Business Development Director will be responsible for all of the on-boarding and training of facility Service Development Directors and Representatives while assisting facilities CEO/Program Administrators in managing the team’s performance appraisals. The Business Development Director will work with the President on growth and new development of services throughout a 5-state region.
This role will be responsible for maintaining statistical information and community development data for the states in which the areas we serve to best meet the needs of our patients and referral sources. This role requires strong analytical abilities as well as the ability to lead a team and develop relationships both internally and externally.
The Corporate Business Development Director will be able to work remotely. However, travel is required 80% or more of the time to ensure all programs meet performance expectations.
The ideal candidate has a required minimum of twelve consecutive months in a healthcare marketing role or Business Development role with a demonstrated success rate. Must have experience leading a sales team with measurable results.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Development or related field is preferred and will consider relative healthcare experience in lieu of degree.
Must have proven marketing/sales/customer service experience and/or a clinical educator background.
Must be accustomed to using mobile tools, applications, and technology. This is a data-driven role that requires excellent computer and technology skills.
Must understand the behavioral health patient population and be familiar with common terms and diagnosis.
Must have Regulatory and Compliance based knowledge of Healthcare Statues.
Must be a Team Builder and Supporter.
