What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dock Crew position at Freedom Boat Club?
Dock Staff for Multiple Locations
The Dock Staff is the main point of contact for Members at the dock. They are friendly and upbeat individuals who greet our Club Members and ensure that the vessels are presentable. Our Dock Staff communicates with members while on the docks and boats, assists members with the departing and returning of the boats. This position(s) available part-time, full-time and requires availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. We love staff who are outgoing, smile and want to have responsibility around 18-27ft boats. (must be at least 21 to drive our boats)
Responsibilities & Skills
- Experience in or around boats and docks is preferred but not necessary.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving and be over the age of 18
- Must possess strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be comfortable with physical demands of the role including weather, standing for extended periods, bending, kneeling, balancing, and carrying equipment up to 25 pounds
- Make and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette
- Clean and maintain vessels and Club Location according to company standards
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
- Adhere to all safety policies

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
