Position Details
- Full-time in office position from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Starting pay from $19.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screenings of applicant's company profiles for all seven (and growing) locations.
- Schedule and coordinate initial phone interviews.
- Accurately document phone interview details and communicate findings to the hiring team.
- Manage interview scheduling and logistics.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Interest in marketing principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to confidently engage candidates via telephone.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Consistent and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Physical & Mental Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching, stooping, and kneeling.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds over distances of 50 feet.
