We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in electrical work. They will oversee the business's essential assets, including but not limited to, HVAC units, plumbing system, minor machinery repairs, painting, electrical, lighting systems. Meet with contractors to discuss projects, submit quotes to management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
The Maintenance supervisor will perform the following tasks :
- Regularly inspect the facility to identify work that needs to be completed
- Coordinate all installation, maintenance and repair work
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Participate in the hiring process, pprove timecards, schedule overtime, & evaluate staff annually
- Able to conduct basic preventative maintenance tasks
Replacing light bulbs, painting walls, floors, ceilings., changing HVAC filters
Qualifications :
Education and / or Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent
