What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Liaison position at Freedom Health Partners LLC?
About Us
We’re on a mission to transform healthcare by offering minimally invasive solutions for chronic pain—without harmful drugs or risky open surgery. Our team is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Healthcare Scheduling Specialist who thrives on talking to people, empathizing with patients in pain, and helping them take the next step toward relief.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound patient calls, scheduling appointments using GoHighLevel (GHL) and eClinicalWorks (eCW), and ensuring patients show up for their visits. This role is all about connecting with people, optimizing call efficiency, and assisting with any tasks that help patients get the care they need.
What We’re Looking For
This is not a typical call center job. If you love talking on the phone, genuinely care about people, and want to be part of something that’s changing healthcare for the better, you’ll thrive in this role.
You should have strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable with sales-minded conversations, and know how to build trust with patients who are suffering from chronic pain. If you’re empathetic, detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy, we want to hear from you. Experience with GHL and eCW is a plus but not required—we’ll train you. You must live in Arizona or Texas
Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing healthcare company that’s leveraging AI and cutting-edge treatments to improve patient outcomes. We offer a $ base salary plus monthly performance bonuses, along with health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and more.
