Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Personnel Manager to oversee our onboarding functions and ensure the effective management of our workforce.
This is a part-time position in a pleasant, administrative office located in Clinton, NJ. Work 20-25 hours per week; start time may be flexible. Serves as the primary personnel contact for all current staff and new hires, ensuring that all personnel files are in compliance with NJ Licensure Standards, CARF, and other legitimating authorities. Establishes and maintains personnel files for all staff and ensures that all required forms and processes are completed and documented. Scanning and uploading of personnel information into individual staff files. Conducts review of professional staff credentials, licenses, and certifications to ensure that they are updated and documented as appropriate. Ensures that staff are in compliance with Training requirements, and that all training is documented. Assists the Operations Manager in the development of policies, procedures, and processes related to personnel. May perform other duties as assigned or requested to further the mission of Freedom House, Inc. Equal Opportunity Employer.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human capital management, organization design, and conflict management. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Responsibilities

Experience
- Proven experience in human capital management or a related field is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in conflict management and resolution strategies is preferred.
