What are the responsibilities and job description for the TCM Care Management Supervisor position at Freedom House Recovery Center Inc?
We are currently seeking several full-time Licensed Clinicians to join our multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCAS, LCASA, LMFT or LMFTA with experience in providing both group and individual therapy with adults, experience with adolescents and/or children with behavioral health or SUDs, comprehensive clinical assessments crisis management. and or mental health/ substance use disorder.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Have excellent clinical skills;
Be proficient in time management and use of the electronic medical record;
Work well with a variety of client target populations including the underserved;
Work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team;
Be knowledgeable of resources in the NC public mental health system.
Locations include: Chapel Hill, Durham, Warren and Person County
