****Beacham Memorial/Freedom Behavioral Hospital, located in Magnolia, MS is currently accepting resumes for the Director of Nurses (DON)****
This full-time position will report to the hospital CEO and is responsible for upholding the standards of care established by regulatory and accrediting bodies. The DON will provide oversight and direction to all direct care nursing staff and ensure the units are staffed safety and according to protocol.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education: Associate Degree or bachelor’s degree in nursing minimum, with MSN oversight.
License: RN License through the state board of nursing, ACLS Certified
Experience: One-year management or related experience in nursing
