Summary:
The Manager, Campaign Management contributes to the business by managing the pricing structure for refinance mortgage leads in call center sales, identifying eligible customers for refinancing, providing essential insights on lead demographics to marketing and sales teams, and collaborating with finance to maintain profitably.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop a pricing policy framework to enhance profitability
Refinance campaign management by overseeing and optimizing initiatives focused on promoting refinance services or offers.
Manage multiple sales verticals
Sales headcount management including sales planning based on forecast for upcoming weeks
Provide advice and expertise on enhancing the marketability of Mortgage Servicing Rights assets.
Offer eligibility for loan officers
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

Excellent Excel skills to manage and create large populations of data
Experience using Salesforce or other similar CRMs
Familiarity with CXOne telephony system
Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work in teams and build collaborative relationships
Experience operating in a complex and changing environment
Analytical skills in the realm of modeling, data normalization, data mining, data manipulation and visualization
Experience with Snowflake and associated tools preferred
Knowledge of the mortgage/financial services industry preferred
Strong knowledge, understanding and experience related to database modeling, design, and complex report development
Experience in implementation of control and reconciliation reports
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI)
Ability to analyze and comprehend complex data
Solid time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of Four (4) years of experience in Mortgage marketing or Mortgage finance
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent experience
