The Digital Marketing Manager will expand and enhance our digital marketing presence to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth. Creativity and a passion for website design, social media and digital content will be key.
What you'll do:
- Create and execute marketing content strategies leveraging digital marketing, eCommerce & social media channels.
Oversee and manage the website redesign process. - Develop and manage the social media calendar and collaborate with members of the marketing team to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content to drive awareness and increase brand visibility.
- Actively monitor and engage our audience across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide clear and concise reporting to internal teams including Marketing, Sales and Administration regarding campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends, tools and best practices. Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, UX/UI, Advertising, Communications, or related field required.
- Proven experience as a digital project manager of at least two web design redesign projects and possess a deep understanding of web and mobile application design and development.
- Proficiency in Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & PHP. HubSpot Certification would be a plus.
- Demonstrated initiative, willingness to take on greater challenges, and have a proactive & results-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong computer skills, time-management skills, organizational skills and the ability to analyze & interpret data.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
