What you'll do:
- Perform oil changes, tire repair/replacement and alignment, and other basic maintenance of vehicles.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspection and test for needed adjustments prior to Quality Assurance.
- Inspect and perform trouble-shooting of equipment as needed.
- Maintain compliance with Freedom Motors quality and safety standards, policies and procedures, and OSHA safety regulations and follow both written and verbal work instructions.
- Coursework beyond High School Diploma preferred.
- Previous technician experience a plus but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
- Outstanding attendance record and reliability.
- Valid MI Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
