Freedom Partners Shared Services seeks a Technology Solutions Intern to assist the Technical Implementation and Project Manager with creating documentation for newly developed programs and processes. The Technology Solutions Intern will also be responsible for analyzing data quality and proposing solutions to address data inconsistencies.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Assist with training users on new technology solutions
- Address general technical questions
- Create and maintain technical documentation on newly developed processes and programs
- Analyze data and perform data cleansing on a daily basis
- Identify data inconsistencies; propose and implement solutions
- Assist the Technology Solutions team in maintaining their ticketing system
- Generate ad hoc reports upon request
