Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative is a vital part of our growth and success, driving new customer acquisition, upselling additional services, and nurturing long-term relationships. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team, hone your sales expertise, and build a rewarding career in a growing industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively reach out to prospective and existing customers to promote our pest control services and membership programs.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and leads via phone, email, and other channels, turning potential interest into loyal customers.
  • Assess customer needs to recommend personalized solutions that deliver value and peace of mind.
  • Provide transparent, accurate information about pricing, contracts, and service offerings.
  • Track all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing.
  • Stay well-informed about our services, programs, and promotions to educate and inspire customers.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Work closely with customer service and field technicians to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Continuously develop your skills through training and professional development opportunities.
