Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator
Work Status: Exempt, Full-Time
Work Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Pay: $45,000-50,000 annually, plus quarterly and annual bonus incentive

- Schedules shifts and hours by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to resident's needs.
- Provides care, escorts, and directional assistance to residents.
- Communicates new assignments and/or schedule changes to caregivers and residents.
- Enters data necessary to initiate and ensure accurate payroll and billing processes.
- Participates in on-call rotation, as assigned. Participates in resident case conferences, as needed.
- Works with the Scheduling Manager, Home Care Manager, in conjunction with the Home Care Coordinator, to assist in resolution of issues and complaints.
- May also assist with the hiring process, continued training, resident/family meetings, resident assessments for level of needs and service agreements, departmental meetings, care management, and coordinating services, as needed.
- At least one (1) year of experience scheduling in a home care setting.
- At least one (1) year of experience/training in a home care agency setting.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends, as needed.
- Must possess a knack for human relations, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer skills and word processing software (Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Previous experience in eRSP Scheduling System a plus.
- Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
