Pay: $45,000-49,000 annually plus bonus incentive

Sedgebrook is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Scheduling Coordinator . This role is primarily responsible for accurately scheduling qualified caregivers based on all new and current resident needs, and assisting with the daily operations of our home care service, Sedgebrook at Home.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator:
- Schedules shifts and hours by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to resident's needs.
- Provides care, escorts, and directional assistance to residents.
- Communicates new assignments and/or schedule changes to caregivers and residents.
- Enters data necessary to initiate and ensure accurate payroll and billing processes.
- Participates in on-call rotation, as assigned. Participates in resident case conferences, as needed.
- Works with the Scheduling Manager, Home Care Manager, in conjunction with the Home Care Coordinator, to assist in resolution of issues and complaints.
- May also assist with the hiring process, continued training, resident/family meetings, resident assessments for level of needs and service agreements, departmental meetings, care management, and coordinating services, as needed.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Previous experience in home care scheduling or other related fields.
- At least one (1) year of management experience and two (2) years of related experience and/or training.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Must possess a knack for human relations, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in word processing and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Previous experience in eRSP Scheduling System a plus
- Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing
