STATEMENT OF POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES
PROJECT ESTIMATOR
JOB FUNCTION : Full-time
We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide accurate estimates for our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Must be presentable in person, with great people skills, must be confident, approachable, friendly.
- Exceptional and professional customer service skills.
- In depth understanding of the roofing, windows and siding industry.
- Strong multi-tasking skillset ability to manager 3-5 customers at one time.
- Ability to adapt to sudden process changes.
- Willingness to be mentored, and eager to learn.
- Must be self-motivated, ambitious and a goal-oriented individual.
- You enjoy negotiating and you are strong-willed.
- Schedule flexibility available to work nights and weekends as necessary, and / or during the storm season and / or during periods of high volume.
- Basic computer and data-entering skills, able to learn new software programs
- Valid driver's license
