We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our outside sales team. In this management role, you will oversee a group of motivated sales representatives, support their growth, and drive performance across your market.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing a team of sales representatives across your assigned market
- Providing ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership in the field
- Running team huddles, performance check-ins, and pipeline reviews
- Collaborating with upper management on strategy and goal setting
- Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and retention of new sales team members
- Tracking key performance metrics and improving overall team production
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a sales manager or in a leadership role within sales
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
- Ability to coach and develop both new and experienced sales representatives
