Sales Representative

We are looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our dynamic high energy solar sales team. As a Solar Sales Representative, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact in the growing renewable energy industry while earning 100% commission on every sale you make.

Our average sales representative their first year makes $85,575.00 with the ability to scale within the company achieving a multiple six figure income.

HIRING FOR OUR MELBOURNE/ PALM BAY BRANCH.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with homeowners through door-to-door canvassing, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and offering tailored solar solutions.
• Qualify leads and build relationships with potential customers to understand their energy needs.
• Provide accurate product and pricing information, guide clients through the purchasing process, and close sales.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while working independently and in a team environment.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and energy when representing the company.
• Prior Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; a passion for renewable energy and helping others is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and educate homeowners effectively, both in person and over the phone.

Self-Motivation: Comfortable working in a commission-based role with a strong drive to achieve and exceed personal goals.

Reliability & Professionalism: Must be punctual, dependable, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Ability to Work Independently: Willing to work independently, particularly in door-to-door sales, while also contributing to team success.

Local Travel: Must be comfortable with local travel and conducting door-to-door outreach within assigned areas.
