Your Role:
As a leader on our team, you will ensure the highest standards of resident care and hospitality. Duties include:
- Acting as Manager on Duty as assigned
- Supporting workers' compensation claims (as directed)
- Assisting with new staff onboarding and training
- Supporting resident safety and confidentiality
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Assisting with community events and responding to safety concerns
- Light housekeeping/maintenance duties as needed
- Maintaining professional appearance and punctual attendance
- Ensuring compliance with all community and state regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong English communication skills
- Leadership experience in a dining or hospitality setting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lead a serving team and organize dining services
- Knowledge of special diets and local health codes
- Team-player mindset with attention to safety, professionalism, and hospitality
- Calm and effective problem-solving abilities
