We are looking for an energetic individual who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Freedom Square of Seminole you are responsible for the day-day operation of the Environmental Services Department. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for maintaining excellent relations with the residents, and promoting good departmental morale.

DUTIES :

Supervises the performance of all housekeepers through personal inspections and Heath Center rooms, as assigned.

Coordinates annual apartment cleanings with the Environmental Services Director.

Conducts inventories of all housekeeping supplies, and places monthly orders for all housekeeping supplies.

Coordinates the scheduling of all apartment cleaning and special cleaning projects.

Performs the duties of a Housekeeper as necessary.

Implements and monitors departmental compliance with all infection control policies and procedures.

Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as signed by the Facilities Director.

QUALIFICATIONS :

High School Education

Prior Housekeeping Supervisory experience in a retirement community, hotel or health care setting preferred.

Knowledge of housekeeping and infection control procedures.
