Duties

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to policies.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures for the housekeeping team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including staff schedules, inventory logs, and maintenance requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning practices, and custodial operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
