Introduction: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Business Process Analyst to enhance our business operations through innovative process improvements, automation, and custom application development. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data tools, automation, and application development within the Microsoft ecosystem
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Design, develop, and implement Excel-based tools and automations to streamline daily tasks and reporting.
- Create and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Power BI, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Develop custom applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Develop and optimize SQL databases and other database structures to support business functions and data analysis.
- Write and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and integrate systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that business requirements are adequately met through technological solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VBA for automation's.
- Proficient in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report development.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate for creating custom applications and automating workflows.
- Experience with SQL server management and database design.
- Ability to develop automation scripts in Python.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact with team members and senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in business process management, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
- Prior experience in project management or leading cross-functional projects.
