Currently we are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to join a team that runs a versatile and viable food and beverage concept. Weekend availability is a must.
Traits should include the following:

- Ability to “jump in” and lead by example in the cafe/floor/bar/etc so bartending, serving, barista experience would be preferred.
- Experience with back office systems such as NCR Back office, MS Excel, MS Word, Avero, etc.
- Experience to work with a Marketing and Events team in a collaborative and supportive way.
- Experience with high-volume operations, including managing security personnel, neighbor relations, doorman and long lines.
- Composure
- Excellent Time management skills and availability to work late night shifts on weekends.
Compensation ($80,000-$100,000) is market based on experience healthcare contribution and bonus based on performance.
