What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visiting Assistant Professor of Finance position at Freeman College of Management?
The Freeman College of Management at Bucknell University seeks a full-time, visiting faculty member qualified to teach undergraduate finance courses in Investments and Fixed Income, with the possibility to offer an additional finance elective of the candidate’s choice. The appointment will start in August 2025 and last for one academic year (August 2025 - May 2026).

The teaching load for visiting faculty members is six classes per year.
A record of excellence in undergraduate teaching is required. Qualified candidates will have completed or be near completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree (DBA, ScD), or have at least a Master’s degree in a relevant field supplemented by substantial professional experience within the finance industry. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
