Responsible for reporting to event and trend data to assigned committees. Provides support for the Patient Safety projects and activities. Assists with management of risk and legal cases and investigation of patient complaints and grievances. Responsible for timely entering of complaints and grievances. Facilitates the Root Cause Analysis process for review of significant events and conducts all reviews when significant injury occurs. Requirements Current Missouri license as a clinical professional.
