Summary : The Marketing Operations Associate contributes to driving meaningful growth by enabling execution of strategic initiatives at scale. This role leverages data, technology and collaboration across the GTM team to automate and optimize end-to-end demand gen workflows, improve our email marketing channel, and efficiently deliver high-converting RFP responses. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Coordinate all lead ingestion, scoring and routing processes. Leverages emerging expertise in Pardot to automate manual work. Responsible for creating and maintaining SOPs, ongoing reporting, troubleshooting and acting as a team SME. Establish email marketing governance, best practices and workflows. Responsible for creating and maintaining SOPs, ongoing reporting, troubleshooting and acting as team SME. Responsible for QA (campaign set up, links, proofing, rendering, list parameters, etc.), testing, scheduling and deploying email sends with A / B testing. Stays abreast of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA and other relevant governing laws concerning email marketing. Discovery and evaluation of new marketing technologies that may drive efficiency and outcomes. Coordinate RFP submission process, working with several internal teams to gather information and assemble to meet deadlines. Monitor general company email in-boxes and route requests as needed, including monitoring for RFPs and routing to Sales for evaluation. Support Marketing Operations Manager with execution of data, process and technology infrastructure projects as needed. QUALIFICATIONS : Strong foundational understanding of marketing concepts and channels including demand gen, ABM, and email marketing. High attention to detail, organized, problem solver with good time management, sense of judgement and adaptability to change. Enthusiasm for technology, process, AI and innovation. Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve a common goal; communicates plans and results clearly. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : BA / BS degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience. Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B marketing or sales enablement, experience in tech / saas business a plus. Minimum 1 year experience working with a marketing automation platform, experience in Pardot preferred.
