The Landscape Foreman is responsible for implementing landscape jobs and leading our Landscaping Enhancement team members to provide professional landscape maintenance, installs, and enhancements on commercial or residential properties.

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing a crew of 2-5 employees and help drive production, quality, safety, and efficiency among the team.
- Ensuring all crew members are following safety policies and procedures.
- Must be able to plan the landscape job, design landscape plans and execute the plan with team members.
- Understanding client needs while meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Plan, organize and manage work for crew members at each client site location.
- Managing services that can include any of the following: Landscape installs, Flower bed installations and organizing, maintenance, enhancements, tree/shrub installs, irrigation, mulch installs, other forms of landscaping work.
- Must be able to read and execute job plans as well as be able to keep proper record keeping for jobs assigned to you.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment and other company property.
- Performing other tasks as assigned Requirements.
- Minimum 2-3 years of running crews on commercial properties.
- Minimum 3 years VERIFIABLE leadership.
- Minimum 2 years of landscape experience.
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience managing crew labor in the landscaping industry.
- Ability to work with little direction.
- Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation.
- Driver’s License IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.
Hourly Rate PLUS Bonus incentive pay system!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
