About Us - Transitional Care Unit (TCU)
- Located on the sixth floor of the Tower at Freeman Hospital West
- 20-bed ICU step-down unit, which provides care for high acuity patients that require close monitoring
- Strong focus on the “why” behind patient care
What You’ll Do
Under the direction/supervision of a nurse, provides basic nursing care needs for assigned patients.
Requirements
Must successfully complete Freeman UAP program within 90 days of hire
